online and in-person EFT THERAPY

Emotionally Focused Therapy

EFT helps you gently shift old emotional patterns — so you can feel more connected

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you understand your emotional responses — not as problems, but as signals. It’s especially supportive when relationships feel overwhelming, when you’ve learned to hide your needs, or when self-protection has made it hard to feel close — even to yourself.

EFT is rooted in attachment science and is used with individuals (EFIT), couples, and families. It’s especially helpful if you’ve experienced relational trauma, emotional disconnection, or if you're longing for more clarity and closeness — within or between.

EFT invites you to slow down and notice what’s happening in the moment — not just in your thoughts, but in your emotions and your body. Together, we explore your emotional patterns, meet protective parts with compassion, and begin to create new pathways for connection. Many clients describe this process as clarifying, tender, and deeply grounding.

We heal in the context of relationship — both with others and within ourselves. EFT honours this truth by helping you build a secure, compassionate inner relationship that ripples outward. You don’t have to hold it all together alone.
