online and in-person EMDR THERAPY

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITISATION REPROCESSING

EMDR helps you gently process the hard things — without having to retell every detail.

If painful memories or past experiences still feel close to the surface, EMDR offers a way to work through them at your own pace. This therapy uses eye movements or gentle tapping to help your brain process what’s stuck, so you can feel more grounded, less reactive, and more like yourself again.

EMDR can be helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t shifted what still lingers. It supports both children and adults in processing experiences that feel unresolved — even ones you might not fully remember, but your body still holds.

EMDR is about making space for your system to process what it never got to.
Together, we’ll build safety first. From there, we gently invite the brain to reprocess what’s been stuck. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more present — not overnight, but gradually, as the nervous system begins to settle.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means your past no longer holds power over your present.

Possible areas EMDR can support:

  • Anxiety that feels rooted in something deeper

  • Childhood or attachment wounds

  • Ongoing effects of stress or burnout

  • Painful memories that feel "stuck"

  • Medical trauma or chronic illness

  • Feeling “frozen” or emotionally overwhelmed in certain situations

  • Identity-related experiences, including neurodivergence or marginalization
